Ms. Luxmi Velauthar, MBChB, MRCOG, MD(Res), is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Barts NHS Trust, renowned for her expertise and compassionate care. She obtained her medical degree in the United Kingdom and underwent specialty training in London, where she has excelled in her field.

Ms. Velauthar is the lead for the Fetal Medicine Unit at Newham University Hospital, demonstrating her commitment to advancing care for expectant mothers and their babies. Her MD(Res) focused on the prediction of pre-eclampsia in the first trimester, showcasing her dedication to research and improving prenatal care. She has presented her research at numerous national and international conferences, furthering the field of obstetrics and gynaecology.
